They're bumping max level to 32 and yeah the armor gets you there. :)

Ok so now im guessing this is raid gear? i doubt they will add it as crucible/strike gear

No info on that yet but they did day they're adding new gear to get you to level 32 not exactly "raid" gear. I guess let's just cross our fingers
