I'm a PS user but seriously how do you guys know FOR SURE that XB1 isn't getting this exact thing at the exact same time? Is it written somewhere I haven't seen by Bungie?

Bungie says the exclusive is until "at least" fall of 2015, which means that for the next year at a minimum. It's gear, guns and strikes.
