Whoa stupid, you mean possible changes to iron banner. It was made very clear that those changes would only happen if it was feasible.
Read it. Don't skim it. There is no guarantee to anything except bungie is pre paired to charge you all for what not only was promised but is also what you already have on your game disc and included within your digital download.
