No, it was implemented in the ALPHA, locked away, but people glitched through the barriers. They were fully ready to release it, but did not. There is literally ghosts and other stuff ready for you to find, all you need are enemies, yet it sits on your disc while you cycle through the same missions, strikes, and raid endlessly.

No it's a fact people have glitched the game where all the dark below and house of wolves content showed up so it's definitely in the game
