It's hidden behind a pay wall and it's hardly "new".

Well the location might not be, but all the weapons, armor, ships, oh and the actual story portion is. So shut up and stop criticizing them.

Nobody likes a kiss ass, nobody. As far as the weapons, armor, and ships go the place holders were found in the Beta and the areas have been accessed since the Alpha. The story might not have been done but seeing as how the download size of the DLC is 9mb the CGI cut scenes came on the disc. That leaves the audio, if your Guardian stays masked the whole time I guess that they could have worked on the dialogue post launch.
