It's the fact that almost half of the dlc is ripped from the Xbox version is what frustrates a lot of people. Also 20 bucks is a lot for what the dlc has to offer

I don't care about the price, I care abput the fact they are only offering 3 missions. How is that fleshing out the story at all?
