I couldn't tell you. Not really an xblive policy expert.

I enjoy having Achievements to go after. Gives me some goals for when I play. As of now, I only have Flawless Raider, clan raider, Warlock Mastery, and 50 ghosts left.

That's a good question. I'd bet a legendary engram it doesn't. There's nothing new to add. All the achievements are generic to specific modes. Wait for a new mode like sparrow racing or ship battles.
