Soooo we are buying the dlc to basically grind the raid to gain 2 light levels? How long is this content even going to last? Considering that your full game has already become highly repetitive and boring, I highly doubt this additional content will last. The only thing about this dlc that interests me is the raid...the raid that most likely was supposed to be in the full game. Usually im not so negative but maybe my expectations for destiny were too high to begin with.

You don't want to grind? Then don't. Simple. The game isn't that grindy, too many compare this shower to a MMO, it's not a MMO. Compare it to something like CoD or battlefield and Destiny wins with solid polished gameplay, killer multiplayer, nice open world 21 story missions replay able from any location and you can explore them in patrol. Just because they have challendge a to do several missions again doesn't mean the entire game is that. It's not, it's a bunch of solid missions we can go back through for more supplies and maybe even exotic gear. Don't like it? Don't play it then.

If you think grinding for two light levels on the raid is worth $20 then go ahead and buy it. The reason why I'm not buying it is because this content should have already been in the game... they clearly cut it before launch sometime.

This is what they are selling you. A raid grind for 2 light levels. Do you really think you will be getting a well designed story? Maybe you find value in that but I personally think there isnt enough content to justify the price. But the even more compelling reason to not buy the dlc is this content should have been in the full game to begin with. Why are they releasing low level story content as dlc? That alone makes me not want to but it.

The Expansion isn't for you to grind or even for you to level up that's just a bonus the expansion is- you guessed it- NEW CONTENT new crucible maps, new gear, new raid, new weapons, more story missions.

How long do you expect that new content to last? Personally I think they're offering very little for the price tag.. I mean it's one third the cost of the full game! European gamers are even more mad as they're paying $33 for the expansion! That's just crazy man :-)

Not Grindy. Are we playing the same game dude!

He said not compared to an mmo. About 10 years ago I played runescape.... Now that's a grinding game lol
