All we can do it take the information we are given and choose to believe it or not. In this case i choose to believe bungie because it is realistic and definitely sheds light as to why the things are already built in. But heck maybe they were just pulled from the final game and added as dlc but I want people to know this before they go and complain and sound uneducated.
