I've seen this sentiment echoed elsewhere on the forum, that they warned us. I would argue that they were up front about the PSN exclusives at launch, but I've not seen one complaint about that. It wasn't until today that anything was said of a portion of the DLC content being withheld from Xbox gamers for a year. As far as I know this is the longest period of time DLC has been kept exclusive for a year. The norm is 1-3 months.
