The content isn't on the game disc. Stop believing rumors. They included some parts of the map they knew would be in future expansions so the download and update at DLC release would be smaller. There is no AI, sound, enemies, or anything at all besides basic map geometry in those areas currently. This is common practice in game development and this is not the only game where people have been able to glitch into other areas of the map.
