Can someone explain to me the difference between Xbox and Playstation in DLC?

PS users get an extra strike, in addition to the exclusive one they already have. I guess the Xbox is the slow horse in this console generation...

Well sadly I'm an Xbox user, but I don't 2 strikes make all the difference

I agree. Still, it kinda stings to know that I'm paying the same money for less content. And that money went toward even more content I'll never see. At least until I decide to drop 600 bucks on a PS4 :p

Do playstation users get an extra strike for the DLc or will all playstation users get access without paying for the dlc? If you have to pay for it then yeah is pretty bad to have the same price for playstation and xbox with different content.
