You haven't played the content that will be released in December, so you can't say if it's worth it or not. That raid could be huge, complex, and far more difficult than anyone is imagining, for all you know. Why don't you wait until it's been played to see if that expansion is worth $17.50.

You paid 60$ for a game that was finished and fairly large and then someone said "hey the fans are dumbasses why dont we just slice out game play and sell it for DLC and while we are at it shit on the xbox players by not letting them play certain missons for a year even though they are the only reason we got here in the first place (halo franchise)" and you know what bungie did???? So in theory every company thinks we're dumbasses. Its not like Bungie is the first company to release dlc 3 months after release. Christ, at least the season pass is only $35 compared to BF and CoD being $50 for maps that were on previous games.

The only thing that's on the disc is map geometry, and even that isn't complete. That's common practice because it makes the download and update for the DLC smaller and less time consuming for the customer, not to mention making life easier for the developers coding the world. Also, the expansions were advertised right alongside the game from day one... so at no point was anything "sliced" out of the planned release. There is no scam here. Just a bunch of retarded, entitled customers who have no concept of how the world works or how to pay attention to advertising when purchasing something. Everything, all of this, was advertised this way from day one. All you had to do was not buy it if you didn't like the way it was going to be delivered.
