Look I don't want to be a dick here.
But try to understand that there was never a point where this content was intended to be in the original game. Whether the dlc was started before or after the release of the game, it was always going to be DLC.
The rumour of all this cut content being sold as DLC is a baseless myth that has gone too far.

This is the first chapter of a 10 year long story, 4 games and if each has 3 dlcs 12 DLCs. Give them a chance to tell the story before you judge it. Don't watch Star Wars: A New Hope and complain about no back story/lack of answers. Give it a chance man.
