I've seen evidence of exotic upgrade materials. New mechanic. Think they're trying out quite a few new things in this go around.
Search youtube or Google it, but I've seen this.
Heard Crota's End on hard was supposed to be a level 32 raid and the normal was level 28...Odd gap, but would make sense with making use of the level cap and all...
