It isn't nonsense, it's standard practice and the game was advertised that way. The expansion pass was sold alongside the game for $35 and still is, so no it should not have been in the game. How you missed that is beyond me. You're missing the bigger picture. They are delivering exactly what they advertised they would, exactly as they advertised they would. You have no ground to stand on to complain. If you weren't down for that content delivery plan and pricing model, you should not have bought the game.
