Where does it talk about the PS excluse strike?

One of the announcements was by Activision, there's links to it all over the forums, but essentially the PS people are getting an exclusive strike and gear. Personally I couldn't give less of a shit about the gear but everyone, myself included, is pissed off about the strike.
