You are partially right but PlayStation users who buy the COD elite or premium membership are preordering the DLC and have to wait a month after Xbox to download any portion of it. With Destiny if you're on Xbox and purchased the Limited or Ghost editions then you also happened to preorder the 1st 2 DLC's along with it and can download it at the same time as PlayStation users. Only difference is that PlayStation users get 1 more strike until it is eventually made available to Xbox. I feel the COD way of DLC is worse considering a "new" one is released yearly which makes a month delay more important.
