That's a fancy way of saying they were either too lazy or too incompetent (like your spelling) to meet their deadline, so they just blocked it off, later to be on disc DLC.

or maybe they thought "you know what? this content doesn't mesh well with the first chapter of the story, but we need this part of the content primed and ready for the DLC, so we will develop the transitioning into the current content so there is no hickups on expansion launch" Not sure if you played WoW, but i guess you would have felt cheated and ripped that you couldn't have expansion content, despite being able to glitch into their maps before expansion.

LOL, you have too much faith in a fairly common business model. Can I live in your fantasy world? If the content didn't mesh well, that's due to either bad story telling, or bad design in general. And about WoW, thing about that is it came as a COMPLETE game, and the expansions packs added HUNDREDS of hours of gameplay, and were spanned about 6 months to a year apart and usually costs $20-$30. Let's look at Destiny by comparison: 3 months after release A whopping two strikes (for PS users). A WHOLE raid. A few story missions that will have Dinklebot scan something while you defend from 3 waves of enemies and repeat. And a few list of weapons and gear, that will look and perform the same, with a different color scheme. All for the low price of $20. 1/3 of the cost of the game. Not exactly equal there buddy.

Shame you are leaving destiny. lol WoW a complete game, obviously going by previous comments, you are not used to these games and can only speculate. I however did play WoW on release, and with barely playable raids, the huge linear grind factor to get there (despite chains being bugged for weeks) the server downtimes, NO PVP BATTLEGROUNDS and months after when they were released...only 2 (WSG and AB). Cheesing Atheon? What about 1-hitting raid bosses with a warriors execute bug? or not being able to do bosses at all due to some classes causing a bug reset or wipe. Loot...easily ninjad with a bad group, items drop that your faction can't use, no matchmaking, AH easily exploited, flooded with farmbots, holy crap i could go on forever. But yes, i kept playing because of 'Faith in a fairly common business model' Its one thing to compare Destiny with a 10-year developed game (which is dumb), but whats worse is that you compare it on the level of the same initial release timeframe, that's shooting urself in the foot. lol $20 for WoW and their release date expansions? i think you are confused with their monthly subscription rate. If i didn't think you sounded so serious about ur facts, i'd say u'd be trolling - ur fun!

Again, you're an idiot. MMO games are more lenient towards bugs, due to the openess of the games. Really, we're talking about lack of content, not bugs, but here, let's talk about bugs then :-) Destiny has almost no content and the gameplay is linear and cut and paste. After a 7 to 8 year development cycle, an alpha, 3 betas, there should be little to no bugs. Of there are, they should definitely not take over a month to fix. Also, those were the costs of the expansions, thank you. You can research yourself. Point is, Destiny has been in development for 7 to 8 years, is backed by two of the biggest names in gaming right now, and advertised something completely different. The lack of content is pathetic, and no self respecting gamer should put up with it. In the Atheon fix update, I have a thread with, hmm, probably about 1,000 by now, agreeing with me. Other threads have others making the same points with 6,000+ agreeing as well. Numbers don't lie, and it's the people criticizing the game who're going to make it better.

I really don't know where to begin on the innaccuracy of those numbers, the background on it's development and how and what you said ties to a logical contention.
