Never said they were and I don't think anyone expects them to be.
Also don't feel like digging for the specific thread so you can do that yourself though there are a few other decent ones on the topic.
At the same time, one shouldn't have to pay $20 for "one episode" + a few other things. "Two episodes"? Maybe but one? Nope.

There isn't any proof - just people making assumptions and being clueless about general game development. I've yet to see one piece of hard evidence and until I do, I maintain my position.
