Shouldn't this be illegal or something? I want $10 of my season pass refunded if I'm not going to get all of the content. Pretty sure something in this is illegal, if not very shady.

Bitch to Microsoft not Bungie. I'm sure Sony threw so much -blam!-ing money at them they couldn't refuse, and I'm positive every person would've taken the deal Sony offered because of exactly what you have said. It's pretty shitty and not fair, at least you are getting it eventually and they aren't perma-locking you from it.
