2 Strikes: Xbox owners only get one and let's not forget that the playable spaces for these strikes are already in the game and simply walled off from access. All we're doing is getting a few more assets to populate the space and unlock them. The enemy types are already in the game, as well.
3 story missions: According to a Eurogamer interview, they're going to be structured like exotic bounties with a story revolving around a new NPC. The problem is we're not getting new planets or even new full PVE maps so everything will take place on existing terrain using existing textures.
1 raid: About the only thing in there that will likely qualify as at least mostly "new" content. Unfortunately, unless they allow people to get to 30 without going through Vault of Glass after The Dark Below launches, most people will never see it. Right now, according to the trophy tracker on PSN, of PS3 and PS4 players, barely 10% have the "complete a raid" trophy. Of those 10%, I can't imagine half - or maybe 5% - have been lucky enough with RNG drops to reach 30. When Dark Below launches, those level 30 people will all hurry off to the new raid, leaving everyone else behind.. and if we're still forced to do Vault to get over the 29 hump, the amount of people who actually get to see Crota will be very small. Nothing like fragmenting your already dwindling playerbase, eh?
