Xbox player chiming in here.
Not a big COD fan and honestly don't play a wide variety of games, so I'm not going to get into the whole console war/exclusive war part too much. I bought Destiny cause of the hype (lol) and I've had my fun playing it. These are the types of games I enjoy. I've got 1 level 30 working on the second, and honestly don't even want to bother logging in anymore after today because I just feel in the end I'm getting punished just for buying an Xbox over Playstation.
Did I know Playstation had exclusive rights to Destiny?
Yes, to a certain extent. Honestly I thought it was just at launch. Didn't know it would continue onto the DLCs. I could have dealt with a 1-2 month delay on extra strikes, but having more in rotation keeps the game fresh. Paying the same price for less content isn't on my to do list.
Am I going to get the DLC?
Probably not right away. I suppose in the future the game will get fixed (to a certain extent) and then I'll consider it. 35$ for a season pass isn't alot, but it just feels that as an gamer I'm getting shafted for my choice of console.
There's other games to play and other things to do. If you're like me and feel that you're getting screwed for no reason, just hang out and find a new game. Trust me you'll survive.
