I like having to find a good team to party up with. Keep the matchmaker for the easy stuff, BUT ABSOLUTLY NO MATCHMAKING FOR RAIDS AND NIGHTFALL. IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A RAID AND OR NIGHTFALL YOU NEED TO BUILD AN ELITE TEAM. ELITE MEANS NO NOOBS, NO MATCHMAKING.

I say if they want matchmaking give it to them. I do it solo but other people like playing with others

I do nightfalls solo no team needed for them just use whatever damage is buffed
