Lol everyone crying about DLC , halo has DLC , call of duty has DLC ( season pass ) DLC isn't new, adding more content to a game isn't free to developers why should it be free to consumers. Hundreds of people crying , go play something else , destiny has several million active users , they don't need you .

Fist of all those games didn't have the DLC locked away on the disc. Paying the same price when you get less isn't right. Especially when you wont get the exclusive content for over 1 year. I'm voting with my wallet. Not buying the DLC.

Yea but did they release a DLC that was meant to be a part of the game in the first place and then charge you $20 to get it? Did they release a DLC just after the game came out?

Here here!! Too many people bitching... Thats all this forum has become. Personally i really enjoy this game and i know alot of people who feel the same way. Im sure this game will work out. Even star wars the old republic which i played alot, lost a lot of fan base, went to free to play and is still kicking. I try not to go onto these damn forums because the negativity is so bothersome! Its certainly everyones right to not like something. If you don't like it, don't play it... Why even waste your breath whining about how bad it is? How does it make sense to go on here and rant and rave like its going to make any difference. Is that what this world has become? Bitch until something is done?? What happened to constructive criticism without all the negativity?

.... That statement was indicating 1000 ppl crying leaving for call of duty wouldn't effect the three million active users. People don't care about attitude , look at call of duty ( activision) if they make it , people will continue to buy it every year.

also 3 missions, 1 strike and a new raid isn't exacly a DLC in a game that we dont even know the fcking story!!!! No story line at all...who are the fallen, the hive, the vex and the cabal???and many more aspects of the game. The DLC expands the existing story, but there is no story to begin with!!!!

So if i don't visit bungie.net and i don't waste my time on reading grimoire cards...i don't get to learn the story???Have you played other games were the story line was hidden from you...and you had to read about it on a website, on some cards?!!!!

Why should I need to read cards to understand the story? I want the story to be in the game and not on some website. That's just BS from Bungies part.

The thing is it is much talk about these dlc isn't adding new content it is just unlocking locked away content that was ment to be part of the original game.

It's an expansion game over 10 years, everyone knew that from day 1 , yes they lacked basic story hard , I agree with that but everyone complaining about " locked content " they can't throw a 10 year game all in at once , that's insane , it has many problems but the potential is all there and it will only get better. 20$ is the price for an IMAX movie ticket , point is people just like to complain

Let's say you watched that IMAX movie (you don't get to watch the whole movie) and 2 months later you have to pay more money to watch the rest of the movie. Fells good doesn't it.

Well i think most agree that bungie think their "10 year plan" as it is now possible for every single game. Take diablo 3 for example. If they would apply bungies "10 plan" as it is now, they would a 10 plan by releasing/locking away all but one acts and only release 1 act about every third year. Which people would never go for cuz they know this was thought of as one even by development. Instead of how blizzard did, which were released the game which were thought of as one. Although it had it faults as auction house. But then they released an real expansion that truly did ADD to the game. Not just unlocking what was already there

None of the dlc was part of the original game. In an interview with bungies president, he confirmed all the dark below dlc was created over the past 3 months.
