DCUO is not free ( free for ordinary 1-30) if you want to access those missions ( good ones) you need to buy legendary which is 15$ a month or buy the DLC which are 10$ each.

DCUO is free to play.. DLC & LEGENDARY cost money 10 for DLC and 15 for legendary. DLC & LEGENDARY are not free on PSplus.. you're not getting passed T3 without DLC or legendary. - what are you on .. ?
