WoW is a bad example, it's a mmo with a monthly fee. A better example would have been call of duty, or battlefield. They charge $15 for their map packs, and we usually get what, 3 new pvp maps, and no new story content. So if you look at it that way we are getting quite a bit for $20.

Problem is blizzard is filthy rich and they couldn't care less about anything

No WoW is a perfect example. People on consoles are blinded by a PVP world where DLC's give you 3 new pvp maps. While in the PVE world DLC's really give you something massive. WoW is a giant PVE world with story, gameplay etc. The main problem is that Destiny wants to fill that PVE gap for consoles but instead of catering us with a lot of story/pve content they give us more PVP maps. Also the monthly fee for WoW isn't entirely used for new Expansion content. It's used for Services, Server Maintenance, patches and hotfixes. There are people stand by 24/7 to answer your questions as soon as possible. They might have a little cash left each month for new content, but I highly doubt it. Most content gets addes during the months you play anway.

That's exactly his point. Destiny has all the financial needs of WoW, but without the monthly fee. Bungie has to pay for all of those things through game and DLC purchases, in addition to any new content.
