The thing I don't get is: $19.99/£19.99 season pass $34.99/£34.99

Now for a starter the $ [b][u]does not equal[/u][/b] the £
Secondly even with including tax on top the UK market is paying an average of £5.49 more per DLC or £9.34 for the whole season pass.
Can someone explain this?
