Hey buddy if youre happy with it good on ya. Thats the reason I made this post like a break up. After a break up your ex girlfriend will always find some sucker at the bar to take home and string along for a few more months and he will think he hit the jack pot.

Seems like you value sex with a girl a little to much if you refer to men looking for easy sex as suckers who gets played. But i guess you need to think like that to hold on to your idea that you are just a little better then the rest. This games offers a lot, its a fps with a little on the side. The fps experience in destiny is on par with halo 2, the thing halo 3- reach and halo 4 just could not do.

Do I value sex??? Does the pope shit in woods? (yes, the answer to that question is yes). I would argue every man values sex to some degree, some more than others. Also just throwing this out there but you defending destiny's "honor" is kinda helping out the ol' ex girlfriend new boy friend metaphor.

I am not defending destiny`s honor. I have played many games, especially the halo franchise. I love FPS games, and destiny is a damn good one. I played wow the first couple of years, it was a good MMO. But what did we really do in WOW other then complain? We played through the game until we reached max level, took a long time. Guess what, the story was not told during quests. Of course you can read it, but who has the time. Still had fun playing the same shit over and over. You just had to high expectations for the game. You play through campaigns one time in other fps games, in COD not at all.. what are those games? Yea they just have the crucible.

Btw those other multi-player games you are talking about have been working on multilayer to perfect it. While Destiny's multi-player is really just a side note. We expected Destiny to be more like a rpg and not a fps shoot-em up. Most people believed in the story and great pve elements and they did not expect pvp to be focused on.

Alright enough joking around. Yes destiny has an amazing fps mechanic...but that doesnt make a good fps. From what I am getting from you, is that you are a grinder (due to the wow) so this is your cup of tea I get that. As far as the crucible goes its a joke. No if ands or buts about it, and this is coming from a guy who played the brakes off some fps multiplayer going all the way back to doom land parties. Now to your point about growin up in the 90's and gamers today, games and gamers evolve and new standards are made and bungie fell short this go round. I just work to hard for my money to pretend I didnt waste it on destiny. If you feel different good on ya, but from all the people I have talked to the number of people ready to drop destiny is growing fast.

I think a lot of people give destiny to much negative criticism. Show me a game that came out the last 5 years that is a all around amazing game, kept people playing for more than a year and lacks nothing of what was promised. I have not seen one, all i hear is whining from a audience with demands that cannot be met. Grinding is not so fun, but i will do it if the end game is good. And the crucible is a very good FPS experience, need a ranking system but that`s it. I have played all decent fps games since the early 90, on PC and console. Nostalgia is good and all, but it always lies. The only thing that has changed is the demands of players, you had none back then. You just played and had a great time.

Either way dude you keep playing if you like I wont tell you how to spend your time or money. I myself have better things to do, and im just ready to move on

Off the top of my head skyrim.

Noted. Skyrim was good, but it had 7 months of playtime.. and bang its not interesting anymore, bought first expansion played 10 mins logged of.. got boring. So that is subjective.
