Even with tax rates the gamer buying this DLC outside of the US is paying 1/3 more than the US counter part. The exchange rate between $ and £ last I looked was 1.6134$ to the £
That equates to an extra £5.40 per DLC or an extra £9.50 even when you take into effect Tax. The price of the game itself took on exchange rates at £40 UK price and $60 so if you had to pay $26 for a $20 DLC would you be jumping at the chance??
