Add some higher level strike playlists. Make legendary gear rewards. This will make people happy, and I'm sure it wouldn't take too much effort to add in.

Yes it would. When you get to the higher levels the lv 24 strikes become something you just run thru a bunch of times with some friends or randoms just to get your weekly marks. A higher level playlist would make it a little more challenging, and more rewarding. Which would make it more fun.
