my prediction - you can use new materials to upgrade gear to 31, but will need a new raid gear set for 32. There is no way that they would do anything but make you kill crota 15-50 times to get to 32

So no one will do vog anymore?lol what's the point in doing a raid that doesn't give you the best gear?

I think that the main draw for VoG post DLC will be fore weapons.. the hive are generally weak to solar, and the VoG gives by far the best solar weapons in the game.. im sure that was not a coincidence. on the same token, if you can just upgrade current gear to get to 32, people will get bored with the new raid much faster
