I had the same thought, but not at DeeJ he's useless and we know this. Bungie/Activision is the shady car salesman. The minute everyone stops defending Bungie and drop the loyal butt loving attitude that they so desperately cling to, then they'll realize what's actually going on. Truth, Bungie false advertised and they do know that. Truth, to avid lawsuit they left an open ended system available for them to customize the game as they choose, when they choose so it's not technically a finalized product until they do. They planned it out every step of the way anticipating this backlash. That's what makes it a crime. They had a shit product and knew that, but sent millions of copies around the world anyways. They're a corporation, and never have corporations ever -blam!-ing cared for your loyalty. Not your hopes, your dreams, nothing. The pyons who preach that everyone who doesn't love this game is a crybaby is no better than DeeJ stating it'll all be ok cause this new thing is right around the bend to keep you ensnared in this marketing trap. Wake up. Since when was it ever ok to pull a maneuver like this, ask for the fans feedback with this poorly devised communication mechanism, no better than the game it's connected to and not give a shred of a -blam!- about ANY of your input to improve, not ruin, but legitimately improve the game? I never have until this game. Love it if you like, but to hell with trolls who say the pissed off consumer fan base who feel ripped off and are angry for being lied to are just crying cause of whatever poorly thought up reason you come up with. The game is dead.

Because it's true? Your all or should I say we're all being extorted by Bungie and Activision. People really need to let that soak In. Sitting around and supporting them won't fix anything. A class action is in order. They deserve to pay for what they've done. There's a reason the creative director left. The fraud in that company is astonishing.

Actually there is..What's funny are the people blind to it. Selling parts of the $60.00 purchase is extortion. Don't pretend to understand law and order when you think that there is still justice. The only thing that would negate a lawsuit is if... And only if... The Creative Director had royalties on the original content and upon his departure , had to be reworked so that they wouldn't have to pay him. He no doubt left for the simple fact that this "DLC" extortion was being implemented and wanted no part of it. Ask yourself why he would leave before his game was marketed and he brought in a profit far greater than what you make in 4 years. Next... Bungie just got finished with a lawsuit against them for refusal to pay employee benefits and was settled only after 94k was offered to the employe. If they treat their employee that way... They sure as hell won't be better to us. We're their pay check. Finally, your beyond naive if you think otherwise. No doubt another 12 year old supporter or bungie employe trying to Control spin on the game... Seemings how 1/3 of the supporters are bungie employees...

I stopped reading your post as soon as you mention false advertisement. Why? Because you, and a million other forum-goers here have absolutely no idea how it works. You obviously think that content in development, that was SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME DURING DEVELOPMENT, is something you have a right to as a consumer.. well, you're incorrect, and so off-base I can't help but laugh at you in real life. The content you saw in videos and vidocs before the game's retail launch was not final, nor did they mention it ever would be. They made no promises.. signed no legal documents.. nor did they sell their soul to any devil. The game changed direction somewhere in the pipes, and it happens all the time. False advertising has absolutely nothing to do with this. They advertised a game, and sold a game that's perfectly playable, and functions in every way they promised. The level of satisfaction you've derived from your purchase has nothing to do with whatever you thought Bungie owed you, and it has everything to do with your unreasonable expectations for the game's launch. They hyped up the game with advertising, and PR talk, and buzzwords. Strangely enough, that also happens in the real world - it's not something Bungie is the first to accomplish. You played the Alpha. You also played the Beta. You knew what you were getting into. You knew that the game would play out pretty much how it was in the limited content that both of those builds showed to you. The game was only 2 months from release at the time of beta, and there's absolutely no way it would have changed so drastically to meet your unreasonable expectations, created from you giving into the hypetrain. But, let's take a quick look at what false advertisement would actually be: [b]NOT False Advertising:[/b] Bungie developing and selling a game, that comes complete with a disc, has online functionality, and everything that a game should. It's owned by people, and millions of people have been playing it since launch. That's the whole point of the game they made, and sold; it works fine, and there's nothing there that they didn't include. [b]False Advertising[/b]: Bungie developing and selling a game.. But, come retail launch, when people put the game in their system, it does nothing. Instead of a game on disc, a message pops up saying "Haha, Destiny doesn't exist. We made it all up. Joke's on you, huh bro?" That would be false advertising because the finish product is NOTHING like a game that they were supposedly making. See? One is what they delivered on, and the other blatantly isn't. The only reason you think you have grounds for any kind of lawsuit is because you're an ignorant, naive consumer that gave into the hype, and for some reason you thought the game would be the same in 1, 1.5, or even 2 years from now. That's your own fault, really. Did it launch with a weak story and limited, yet decent content? It did. But all of that content works, and the game hasn't had any major problems.. Nothing like, say, FFXIV 1.0, or Driveclub. You people REALLY need to pull your heads out of your asses and find some common sense, somewhere. Lol.

You also can't deny the comments by a said person about the actual development of the game and the response by DeeJ to that said comment validating his statement. Where did that go? Hmmm, it was later forcibly removed and denied. Screen shots of the event still exist.
