Pickup group. In other words, you'll be playing with randoms that may quit, not know what they're doing, suck, have no mic, or are just a troll. It's usually a nightmare.

At least they can help you to get to a save point where you can continue with other people later...idk for me it'll very helpful. You need to trust strange people sometimes.

After my years of experience with WoW and the PUG system they use, I will absolutely not trust randoms. But if it helps some people out, then I don't see a problem.
