The cinematic, maybe. But whose to say they wanted to scrap that and start fresh? You don't KNOW anything - you merely assume it.
As for the guns? Lol, those have been in the data since the game came out. Somebody doesn't know what datamining is, though!

Sorry forgot you were the chief programmer at bungie.. The IN GAME footage showed an entirely different game incl start, it is a fact that their main man left and a fact they took on some retard grimmoir designer to try and fill in the blancs because they changed the game less then a year befor release.. So one can only guess that by order of the money backer, to earn extra income (wich is an assumption)
