$10-15 will buy you grips you put on the thumb sticks that raise them a bit and give far far more control and precision. I loved my Xbox controller... Ps3 controllers gave me blisters... Wasn't a huge fan of the ps4 due to left thumb stick placement. The grips changed all that. It's actually now my favorite controller of all time short of the SNES controller (in it's day).
