To all the Xbox user chill out I understand that not getting exclusives sucks but don't forget about halo 3 XBOX HAD SOLO OWNERSHIP. With that being said not getting the same quantity of game for the same price is a load of crap and I would be pissed. So please don't complain it will be heading your way soon and plenty of games will come out before that and all will be forgotten. Its just a waste of energy and time to be griping and complaining about little things in life. Now to all Destiny guardians out there. We all know there are a ton of problems yet we still play it and complain. There are reasonings to it you all just have to find it. Either that or quit to lack of enjoyment of the game. Please just enjoy what was given to us and make the best of it even though it was a let down in many cases.

I don't care about the dlc I work hard I have money if I like the game I'm gonna buy them I'm talking about they need matchmaking in vog nightfall and weekly who gives a crap about spending a few dollars just make it so I can turn the game on click on vog and be put in

I know it sucks I hate wait for friends some to get on and at time I'm looking for players to join since we are a man down. I would also like a matchmaking the down side though is I don't want to get stuck with someone that doesn't communicate with me or the team. That would just frustrate me more or while at the last stage a friend disconnects and a random joins now my buddy who worked hard will be bitter and this New cat is like awesome what's my loot

Just give me that option I paid not 6 people still have it where u can join with friends but can have matchmaking on all strikes and weekly and vog and they would make a lot of us happy

Like most people you seem to forget that companies like bungie and activision essentially work for us, the gaming community. Without our money they do not exist. Saying "the game sucks but just be grateful to have a game and take it for what it is" will perpetuate the trend that has been occurring in recent years. Developers used to aspire to push the limits and boundaries of what video games could be. Better graphics, more intricate story lines, more interactive open world environments, etc. Some few are still doing this but other companies, like activision, are taking a different approach. They are dumbing down games in order to make them appealing to a greater audience, including younger gamers and those less experienced, allowing them to sell more games and increase their profits. They have figured out they can cut out half a game sell it in dlcs and essentially increase their profits without the cost of c reating more content. If we, as gamers, say "yeah the game sucks and isn't remotely close to what we were told it would be but oh well at least we have a shitty game instead of no game", this will only continue to get worse. If we as consumers hold developers and publishers to a higher standard we can create change.

I haven't forgotten. I am just simply saying everyone that would want to speak their mind think before posting, saying blam this that sucks it's broke isn't constructive. I get people have to vent but yet vent isn't looked at in a positive manner. When Bungie looks at a comment that was made during venting compared to critical thinking which would you think they would pay more attention from. We both know none but that besides the point. Also I appreciate the comment being thought out before replying wouldn't have replied if you posted like an idiot.

I too appreciate that you took the time to construct a polite, well thought out a reasonable reply. I always enjoy seeing this on these forums because there is so little of it. I do agree that quite a bit of the venting I've seen has been in no way constructive. There is a lot of, for lack of a more fitting term, crap spewed onto these forums that isn't helping anyone. I for one will continue to try and contribute positive and coherent constructive criticism in hopes that bungie will, along with the community, continue to make change that hopefully result in the type of game I believe we were all expecting.

Bill thank you for that. I might have phrased my post in a manner in which some might not have understanded but it was to help people think about what they are trying to say and make the forums a healthier environment instead of the dumping ground of lost thoughts

As an Xbox user I understand system exclusives and I don't harbor any ill will towards bungie over this. Having said that, I do feel a year is a bit extreme. Most timed system exclusives (cod for example) are a month or so, but it is what it is. Now if once the exclusivity expires Xbox users must pay an additional fee in order to gain access to this content that will bother me. But at this point there is no definitive information as to whether the exclusive content will cost any additional amount on Xbox so I am reserving judgment in that department.

I am an Xbox One user. And I am outraged. Not because PS4 gets an exclusive, but because I paid the SAME amount of money for less. That is just downright wrong. Yes, I'll get it in a year, but I'm willing to bet I won't get them for free. I guarantee I'll have to pay for extra dlc for these strikes I already paid for. I honestly don't trust Bungie not to do that anymore. Not giving me this strike at the same time as PS4 is fine. Sony paid more, they should get exclusives. But ALL Xbox One season pass holders should be comped. It's as simple as that.

a console exclusive game is completely different. the problem here is that you have people playing on two different consoles paying the same price for something being released on the same day with a significant difference in content. you say it'll be heading our way "soon" but the exclusivity ends a year from now. i may not even be playing destiny once halo and the division come out, so i'm not going to buy a dlc where i may not get the chance to play the full content. don't get me wrong, i've loved playing destiny and i think bungie did a pretty good job with it so far, but this just doesn't sit right with me.

Well unless the ownership is over 50 percent in Activision favor bungie is at fault for not sticking up for their product their fans their community. Who to blame isn't important though it's the mistreatment of us gamers that needs to be spread

activision is the publisher though, so they were the ones who made the exclusivity deal. and since activision is the one funding bungie, bungie probably has to just do what they're told. but yeah, regardless of what console you play on, we all need to get on the same page that this isn't okay. if we let it slide this time then more publishers will try to pull the same shit.

People voice their opinions an nothing is changing anyways? So why do it. Everything they've changes is from what they have seen from their computers not from us complaining about it. They clearly say this by say "we see what your doing on our screen". They can pull up anything from stats to hot spots in this game and see what's going on and what the hottest weapon. Our feed back is wasted time. I only come on here anymore to stop people from spreading fault info or half informed people from giving out half the story.
