They put that stuff on the disk so that wen an update for that dlc came out your not all sitting there for hours watching it download. Everyone crying that this was cut from the game no it wasn't. It's a place holder. Now some of the story should have been extended but that's only because I like a story and there good at telling one. I could care less for the pvp but that's the reason the story lacked cuz of all the content that came with it

The seraphim vault for example was supposed to be home to another faction and PvP was supposed to be Faction Wars between the in game factions. Dead Orbit ect...ect.. , the game was torn apart no doubt by Activision in an attempt to dumb it down for the ridiculous number of in unintelligent players or those with undeveloped minds(younger player base). They destroyed the game in the name of money and nothing else. Both the DLCs were supposed to be with the package. They were not supposed to be DLCs in the first place. The Traveler was supposed to be evil and we were supposed to encounter the queens brother on earth and we were supposed to stop the resurrection of the traveler. The black garden was supposed to be located within him. It's false advertisement and extortion...

Whoops sorry if you don't pay, you can't access this area. If it was on the disc, I should be able to play it because I payed for content on the disc.
