No one bitches at Blizzard for doing the same thing with WoW. I along with many others were exploring new areas in WoW before release. It's part of the genre. The grind, the repetitive nature, the rep, the raids, the random loot systems. I can't tell you how many times I've run the same dungeons over and over again in hopes to get a specific armor piece.
I don't mind paying for content. Its better than sub fees PLUS paying for content. I'm just trying to figure out when gamers became so greedy. The amount of time, people, and work it takes to make a game in this day and age is incomparable to 15 years ago, yet people want to pay the same price for way more. This isnt '95 anymore. A team of 15 people can't create games that use the full potential of current platforms. How many more great dev companies need to go under before people realize this.
