great on the comparison. destiny has a lot of absolutely wonderful parts. ill guestimate that 90% of complaints are whiney 10yr olds not being constructive. there are a lot of other legitimate counterpoints. i love gaming, cod, halo, borderlands, smash bros, zelda, all systems any genre any era. i didnt follow the hype ip for destiny. but it was the second game ive played through and was all wtf about it, the first being mass effect 3. the story is delivered in a way i enjoyed, for the tiny disconnected and vague parts we got. theres a ton of legit gripes. why is there no ranking in pvp? why so little selection of replayability events? volume controls or chat? very few armor/ weapons to choose between on high end levels. dont get me wrong at 375 hours in, i could love this game forever. but some nuances need to be at least addressed, if not fixed. destiny could be the only game mentioned for years to come. but i think it will be dead by spring, and i hope im wrong on that. it should take my potato of a brain months to bored of any game, not month 2. example being gundam wing dynasty warriors, yeah i know, but if a weird hobbled together button masher can occupy my simple mind, then bungie shouldnt have a problem.
