I have an Xbox One and feel cheated.
Pretty much half of an expansion that doesn't sound like much anyway?
I made the mistake of buying this before I realized what a rip-off it was.
I've learned a valuable lesson.

Bungie never stated your "fact" until after the game was released, dumb shit.

No. They announced before launch the extra content for PSN players that game with the game. It wasn't until yesterday that they announced portions of the DLC would exclusive for a year. This is an unprecedented move in gaming.
