There has yet to be any substantial proof that this stuff was actually cut from the game and not just pre-planned before they started making it. I agree that Destiny was disappointing but your accusation has no substantial proof.

That's not proof. It's speculation based on flimsy fact. Unless someone hacks the code to give full substantial proof that the DLC is fully implemented in the code then it's all speculation.
