Why thank you for asking! I happen to play acoustic guitar, bass guitar, mandolin and harmonica. All self taught. Ever hear of a guy named Johann Sebastian Bach? Funny thing. He was self taught! Beethoven had tutors but you didn't see him marching his pansy ass out on the FOOTBALL field (notice it's not called the marching band field). I'm sure your "classically trained" band geek friends are much more talented than them tho. You've really proven your point there. And the "band I mentioned" is not what you think it is lol.
