I think you just misused the word "post" there my friend. Guess you skipped a few English classes and never learned that "post 1930" means "after 1930". And if you did mean to use it that way, then your definition of classical music and my definition are quite different.

Oh yes, I did Either way, the only way to learn music was through classical training. In the early days, the church would imprison or kill those who refused to play the way they did. There was no "other" way to play music UNTIL the 1930's is the point, and even then those who were self taught were usually horrible, or out of key most of the time.
