Destiny was extremely over hyped, but that is the persons fault for thinking that a game so overly hyped would be super good. Dont expect what everyone will say about a game, don't even trust a company. Companies are all about making money, in order to fund destiny I'm sure bungue had to cut some corners, plus they are paired with activision which we all know is a terrible money horde company. That all being said, destiny is a very fun game, Its much like borderlands in the sense that you grind for loot for days. Yes thr new content isn't much but it will add new material and story for us to explore. The raid will probably incorporate new mechanics as well making playing it a fun new challange much like VoG was. So for everyone on here complaining, you keep asking for things but when you recieve it, you complain. Just chillax and enjoy the game.

Actually you can't compare the two games. Granted i would pick CoD over destiny To ME all there is to do on destiny is PvP and then theres no game modes to play nothing that requires teamwork or no secondary mode (zombies, spec ops, extinction) but the one thing i give destiny is that the campaign is co-op even though i campaign wasn't for me, Yet in every cod (not ghosts) you get so emotional over the campaign

Thats because everyone knows CoD is shit..

But it was only a month ahead of PS

Edited by Trainwreck091: 10/30/2014 11:17:35 PMCant say I play Call of Duty. Never spent a penny on it. So I can complain. I paid for an over hyped game that never quite delivered. The shame is when you play the game you can see how cool it could have been, so you say to yourself that you'll wait till the expansion pack to see if bungie will make the time and money worth it. Nope. Just different paint jobs on the same car.

It's not what cod does at all. Cod is a normal timed exclusive on the entire pack. About a month or 2. This is watered down down dlc for the same price with exclusivity on the rest of for a whole year. And that's if when that content does come available it is free to dlc holders. Which I'm not holding my breath for.

You are paying the same price for the same content. SONY is the one paying for the year exclusivity, primarily to create "the best experience, only on Playstation". It was a smart move on their marketing team's part and most certainly lead to more Playstation versions, and Playstations themselves, being sold. @DonnyA240, and whoever else uses the phrase "normal timed exclusive" (I have seen others): Who are you, or anybody to say what is "normal"?
