Is there a point in that video where they mention the story coming to an end around level 29?
All I heard was your options open up after level 20

Yes there is, he said when you hit level 29 you will be reaching the end of the story line

He makes a comment about nearing the end of the primary campaign. And he's talking about levelling up the subclass. Nothing more. That's at 2.30 ish onwards
