So we get 1 strike 1 raid, 3 story missions and 3 multiplayer maps. That was cut from the game and we are paying $20.00 more for this? This was already finished prior to launch, the way you treat your community, your loyal fans is disgusting. This should of already been included in the game.
Players in the UK will have to pay £20 which roughly equates to $34... $1 less than US price for the full season pass, which includes the first 3 expansion packs. If you think Activision and Bungie are screwing you, just be glad you don't live in Britain... Players here are getting -blam!-ED IN THE ASS!!

take an economics class, your money is valued higher than ours. That dollar amount only means something if A. we americans but the same dlc using your currency or B. you spend your money here, its not like you brits are making 7.25 minimum wage THEN converting that to pounds so stop being so dramatic.

Of course I know our money is worth more than yours. I pretty much said that in my post. If an item has a value of $20, but my currency has a higher value, then I should have to spend LESS of my currency to meet the value required to purchase that product. That's called LOGIC! Yes, if I came over to the US, bought an item with dollars and brought it back with me, sure I'd be getting a sweet deal (other than the fact I'd have to pay around £600 for my flights). The difference is, this isn't a physical item, where the more expensive shipping (because of our higher fuel prices) and storage (because we are geographically smaller, putting land and space at a premium) pushes prices up. It's a digital download. You pay 20 dollars for a product that costs the same price to distribute here as it does there, and yet we have to pay $34. How the hell is that right and fair? We should be paying $20 the same as you. Ultimately Activision and Bungie are US based companies, with a global presence selling a product that requires no physical marketplace, so what we spend here in pounds will eventually end up converted to dollars in US bank accounts. Have you even been to the UK? It's not the land of milk and honey everyone seems to think it is. Our minimum wage is about the same as yours, but EVERYTHING costs more here so I have EVERY right to bitch about it! Now shut up and piss off you cheeky wanker!

If it bothers you so much make an account using an american address so you can access the american psn store. Don't know if it still works but I did that to access the Japanese psn store back on ps3, if it does you'll get charged the dollar rate on digital content and not have to pay in pounds. If all that still works, you're welcome.

Edited by DoObYMaN79: 10/31/2014 1:13:53 AMThat's actually a really good suggestion. Sadly I'm on xbox and have had the same live account for 7 years and don't want to lose any of my achievements. Might try changing my DNS settings to a US server to see if I can trick it that way. Thanks! Oh, and sorry about calling you a cheeky wanker

Haha I've been called far worse especially when I get hate mail everyday from crucible cry babies. Anywho good luck with that honestly don't know any tricks on Xbox but I've never owned one to look into it. My impression is Microsofts probably already thought that through and prevented it so they won't lose money, they've always seemed like a "nickle and dime" corporation.

Cool, I'm glad you weren't offended. Definitely agree that MS are a bunch of penny pinching bastards, but can't hurt to try. Thanks again. Shame we're on different platforms as it'd be good to have you on my fireteam sometime ;-)
