Ummm yeah you do start a sentence with "and" you use a comma sometimes, but if you use a comma too much it's a run on sentence. Don't try beating me at my own game pretty sure you don't know what you're talking about. An for example a sentence is supposed to have a subject, a verb, and a complete thought... You obviously don't know the English language well enough. "You don't start a sentence with and" umm yeah you can. No rules against it. And it is grammatically correct if you use it right, such as myself.
