I don't mean to be rude, but that's not a very good comparison.
CoD has historically bad campaigns that are very short. Not only that, but with CoD you have campaign mode, zombies mode, a diverse multiplayer and the ability for custom games. Many microtransaction items for CoD are free. Most of them, actually. The map packs for CoD give you four maps and a new zombies mode. Those maps can be played in any of the dozen or more modes and in custom lobbies. Zombies is different between maps. Lastly, all CoD expansions have been know to be very expensive.
Halo had an amazing campaign mode that could be replayed with modifiers. Halo had an even more diverse multiplayer, massive potential for custom games, the forge, and firefight. The expansions gave you roughly four maps for almost half of what CoD expansions cost. These maps were playable in forge, online, and custom. I'm sure they even had firefight expansions included, but I can't remember. Players were customizable without buying but could not gain anything extra through purchase.
Destiny uses its campaign as its source of multiplayer and doesn't have custom gaming, which makes more maps almost useless on its five total PvP game modes. The actual campaign is finished within the same time as a halo campaign (more missions but they're shorter each). The content of destiny is truly mediocre, as replaying old content is the same for any game. You can very easily replay CoD or Halo campaigns and reach the same effect. Except those games don't employ it as part of their advancement and also include interesting Easter Eggs. The "open world" aspect of Destiny is equivalent to the first Fable, as there are many differently styled general areas and each is linear and pocked with points of interest and travel routes.
To compare these things, taking all of the games into effect, we see that the DLC is still not worth it. The original game is incomplete. I agree that it is a very pretty mosaic of different game styles, but each aspect destroys it further. Phone on 2%. Posting maybe not done?

My point is this we should not be charged extra for part of the game that was promised and not released the comparison has to do with them charging 10 $ here and 20$ there its ridiculous to say the least

Phone up to 4%! I agree. I don't believe the base game is even near complete. 200 hours of nothing doesn't even equal 20 hours of fun. I don't think enough people understand that.
