They have abused the bungie name to where I am 50/50 as to whether or not to buy the next bungie title

Oh yeah bumb that. However I believe that they can pull out of this mess with just a little extra work and deciding to put customers and not profit first.

Oh yea they can they need to buy their way out of the activision contract if they did this I would buy the season pass right now but sadly this won't happen
